The information here

We describe what the group does in general terms. Vehicle work depends on the specific vehicle, the damage and the manufacturer specification, so nothing on this site is advice about your vehicle and nothing here is a quote. Capability lists tell you what we cover, not what any particular job will involve or cost.

Enquiries

Sending the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a booking, and it is not a contract. Work is agreed directly with the relevant company once we understand the vehicle.

Links to the group companies

This site links out to the websites of the companies in the group and, occasionally, to other third parties. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, logos and images on this site belong to National Automotive Network Group or its licensors. You may read and share the pages. You may not republish the content as your own or use the marks without our written permission.

Liability

We keep this site accurate and available as far as we reasonably can, but we do not guarantee it is free of error or always reachable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over any dispute.
