Who we are
National Automotive Network Group (ABN 54 684 799 237) operates from 4/159 Newlands Road, Coburg North VIC 3058. The group covers National ADAS Calibrations, National Auto-Tec, National Autoglass. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Through the enquiry form on this site we collect the details you type into it:
- Your name
- Your phone number and email address
- The vehicle the enquiry is about
- Which side of the job you selected
- Whatever you write in the message field
Our hosting provider also records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and rate limiting. If analytics is enabled we collect aggregate usage data such as pages viewed and approximate region. We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not ask for government identifiers.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to quote and book work, and to route the job to the right company within the group. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add enquirers to a marketing list without being asked.
Who we share it with
- The company within the group best placed to handle your job. If you contact the group about a calibration, expect National ADAS Calibrations to be the one who calls you back.
- Brevo, which delivers the enquiry email to us. Their servers process the message in transit.
- Our hosting provider, which stores server logs.
- Insurers, assessors or repairers where you have asked us to deal with them about your vehicle.
We disclose information outside these cases only where the law requires it.
Storage and security
Enquiries arrive as email and are kept in our mailbox for as long as we may reasonably need them for the job and our records. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including transport encryption on this site. No website can promise perfect security, and we do not.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled it may set its own cookies; you can block these in your browser without affecting the site.
